16. Collard Greens 

Contains vitamins A, C, E and K, also contains calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, selenium, zinc, sodium, and potassium. 

Collard greens can help to prevent haemorrhoids, constipation, colon; prostrate; breast; cervical; lung and oral cavity cancers; and ovarian cancer, flu-like viral infections, baby neural tube defects, free radical damage, and alzheimers disease.
